Last weekend, in scorching heat and wilting humidity we went to the Mountsberg Conservation Park.
We braved the hoards of mosquitoes and the aforementioned heat and humidity to photograph some of the raptors there.

At the end of a 1/4 mile driveway sits this long abandoned farmhouse and barn. We estimate it was abandoned in 1990. The barn bears the mark of the builder .. Leo Vasconi in 1865.
This old place is in advanced decay and is quite dangerous in some areas.…

Well I did it, I sold my beloved D 200, thats the bad part. With the proceeds I bought a D 300, thats the good part!
Now I start on the long journey of learning all over again. I will be posting the results over the next few days.…
