Do not panic! For all problems here are the solutions:
1 - First, make sure your caps lock key is not on and you did not make a mistake entering your email address.
2 - Make sure you enter the correct password or click on "lost?" near the password entry.
3 - Try to log in from another computer. If you can, then it means that the problem stems from an issue on your computer or network (firewalls, proxies, temporary Internet issues...)
If in spite of that, you are still unable to connect, contact us.
To retrieve your password, click "lost?" above the Password field.
You'll receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.
It's easy:
1. Login with your old address.
2. Once in, go to Preferences / Your email address.
3. Enter your new email address and your password.
4. An email will be sent to your new address with directions on how to validate it.
Once validated you can use your new email address to login to Ipernity!
A valid email address is required to login to Ipernity, recover your password, or simply to verify that someone else didn't enroll you without consent.
We ask that you confirm the email address you provided when you registered within 7 days.
