Früher waren diese Hinterhöfe Stiftungen und irgendwie nach Zünften gegliedert, glaube ich - darum "Bäckergang" etc.

Keine Ahnung, ob das heute in städtischem oder in Privatbesitz ist...
Aber es gibt viele davon, und ich würde am liebsten in jeden reingucken. Darum sind auch viele mit einem Tor versperrt, damit die doofen Touris nicht immer gucken kommen - kann ich ja auch verstehen...
