Don't you hear the train coming...?

We were on the way to the Golden Spike National Historical Site in Utah, to see the place, where the Central Pacific Railroad and the Union Pacific Railroad met in 1869 and to see the old steam locomotives. But we arrived too late, no train, no locomotive. So we hopefully laid our ear on the rail to hear the train coming, but only an old draisine arrived seconds later....;-)

I said in the time of indians there where only few trains, and indians did'nt leave their horse on the rail (translation is not good with ipernity ?...)

Thank you very much (I have a little flush in the face)......in this case the translation didn't work.......now there are also only very few trains, I think only twice a day the old steam locomotives go out of their hangar.......

I got a kind of goose bumps at special parts of my body, when my friend told me, that a draisine is slowly nearing.....

You had a very good trip and did not miss anything. There are a lot of Copper mines from Utah down to Colorado, Arizona...they are special craters! and mounts too.
