I am running the dehumidifer here, things are very damp. We hav been getting lots of little showers, the water levels are doing good for a change. I guess as the summer wears on that will change though

when i lived in FL it seemed like it rained every day around 3pm, you could set your watch by it almost. I guess not this year. I hope you get some foul weather soon! hehe :)

I remember in Orlando it was 2pm, for almost exactly 10 minutes, every single summer day. And yes, you could definitely set your watch by it. But down here on the SW coast it's different. Most of the time (but not always!) it's late afternoon, and it can take as little 1 minute or as long as 4 days (when we have a hurricane passing by). It always depends where the winds come from, the Gulf or inland.

that was in Ft Lauderdale where I lived - I miss it, and dream about the ocean. I haven't seen the ocean since I left there in 1991, 17 years ago yikes
