around the same here
but not for a new one ... :s
this one is beautifull inside
i dream to see such quality in France...
but it appear we are better builder for cathedrals than for home buildings...
I have looked through several of these houses and I would have to say that they really aren't built all that well. The quality of the finish is average at best. What sort of houses get built in France?
We have the same problem ...
workers have too much work, so they are expensive and don't work that good (i mean a good part of them)
so usually we call a Belgian team (very close)
they come 2 monthes, they live in the house, they do everything (and well !!!! they work much better) and the house is ready ! and for much better price...
In France the one you can find on my album are very particular and old for the most part
i live in a village most part from 1930
houses now are awfull and all the same...
very classical and not "designed" as the one on your album here
French peoples, i think don't want too many changes at a time
one of the reasons of that is the price compagnies are asking "because it's new"
sure you see what i mean ...
so we still have 1990 pavillion looks ...
some things like this
we say "OOHHOO FRAAAANCE !" but it's "just France"
houses aren't well build nowadays because of costs of materials
Between 1960 & 1990 was the worst time for housing constructions
(not talking about Art, architecture, and industrial or corporate, but just, flats and houses classical)
