This is brand new, just built, Melbourne is running out of land so old inner city sites are being developed in what is called medium density living. I can get some more photos for you. You would be very popular as an agent here.

I can't find the exact properties, but these are in a similar area. The western suburbs of Melbourne are cheaper than the eastern suburbs.
