I discover last night that one guy has stolen and modified three of my photos from my ipernity photostream and placed them at his flickr account.
The photos are under "© No license (all rights reserved)" here in ipernity.

They are obviously modified from my photos, but still recognizable. The guy doesn't cite nothing from the origin of the photos.
Even he has writted this in his profile:
"PLEASE NOTE: All rights are reserved world wide.Not one of my photos is to be used or reproduced in any way shape or form. Understand clearly these are my photographs (except collaborations),and use of them by anyone is an infringement of my copyrights and personal artistic property!"
I would like to ask for your advice in what to do, because I don't know to much about the stuff of copyright.

but in this case you probably won't make a fortune, because it could be a private person - maybe a little myspace-boy, maybe you can't even find him. Maybe you can't sue him because he lives in Bankok. But your lawyer can help you with this and tell you if you have any chances of success.
Way two: Things I would do:
Write to the flickr staff and tell them. They should close the account. The guy probably knows about copyright - in his profile he protects his work, and he obviously steals from other people - so he knows what he's doing, and he's doing it on purpose. That's the reason why I would skip my regulary first step "talk to him" in this case and contact flickr-staff directly.

I sent to him a flickr message in spanish (is more comfortable for both) from my flickr account.
I've asked him that delete the images in his account and write you.
If he don't reply you then you maybe send an email to Flickr staff or/and Lea.

He just has sent me an email apologizing and telling me that he deleted the photos. I have check it and it's true.
