I had a most wonderful time in Switzerland & France... came back with lots, lots of photographs.
Uploading is easy... but finding the time to visit all of you and taking my time to comment is
quite difficult... with lots of office work waiting... and the children still on vacation... and last but not least: the wonderful hot summer temperatures calling me to go outside!

So... sorry if I haven't been visiting as I would like to... I will try to catch up!

When I did a search on "meadow" and Hermann Hesse... this poem came up:

I just have added the lyrics for the song "Free" from Stevie Wonder to his song I have in my audios.
It is an old one... still one of my favourite. And I just love the lyrics... thought I might share them with you  here:

...and it starts to feel like a homebase. Probably because of all the wonderful Flickr-community around. I have to start searching the "non-flickr" ipernity now... see who else is around here ;))
I am not sure yet how to handle these "two homes". There are so many friends in flickr I really don't feel like leaving for good. Up to now I just have been uploading ramdonized photographs... some new... some older ones. Still have to sort myself out.

For months now I have been thinking of getting myself a blog...
probably just waited for this great feature here! This communication tool
here in ipernity is really great... something missing in flickr actually. 
Guess it will take me some days to get to know my way around here...
but many features just work as in flickr. Well see you... here or there!

Found many of my "exiled" Flickr friends here on ipernity...
Being curious about this new space... seems to be the
perfect place for communication! I will see what happens!
