[EN] How ipernity nearly lose its mascot...

The drama occurred at 10 AM (GMT) this morning. Bully and I were late. As usual, I was shouting at him (as if he was responsible for!).

A few more minutes to lose: we had to throw the garbage (the detail is so important). Hurry up! In the lift! The doors close. On the road from the second floor to 3rd basement...

And from here, the drama happened...

In my haste, I forgot to keep Bully's leash in hands! The lift was getting down 5 stairs below... In a few seconds, the dog was hanged, dead still.

I was totally panicked!!! He was in my arms, while I was trying to reach this F*** STOP button!

The leash broke when the lift arrived at its final destination. I toppled, Bully in my arms.He was still alive, not as disturbed as I believed.

I don't know who was the most shell-shocked between me and him...

Once I recovered all my faculties, my first thought was : "what a pity! I had not my camera with me"

[FR] Comment ipernity a failli perdre sa mascotte aujourd'hui...

Le drame s'est produit ce lundi matin, 10h00, heure locale.

Bully et moi étions en retard. Evidemment je lui criais dessus (comme s'il y pouvait quelque chose).

Nous devions encore perdre quelques minutes pour nous rendre au local poubelles (excusez du détail mais il a toute son importance !)

Vite dans l'ascenseur. Les portes se referment, départ immédiat du 2^ème étage au 3^ème sous-sol…

Et là c'est le drame !

Dans ma précipitation, j'en oubliais d'attraper la laisse de bully ! La cabine descendait 5 étages plus bas, tandis que Bully était happé par la laisse restée sur le pallier.

En quelques secondes, le pauvre chien se retrouva pendu, étranglé, inerte.

Paniquée, je le supportais à bout de bras tout en essayant d'atteindre ce p… de bouton STOP ARRET IMMEDIAT.

La laisse finit enfin par rompre alors que l'ascenseur atteignait sa destination finale.

Je tombais par terre, bully dans mes bras.

Mon chien était toujours vivant. Pas plus perturbé que ça…

Je ne sais pas qui de nous deux fût le plus traumatisé.

Une chose est sûre, une fois remise, ma première pensée a été : « dommage que je n'ai pas eu mon appareil photo avec moi ! » (sic)

 

(Finalement je crois que le choc a été réel pour bully... à en croire la vidéo !)
